What is PAS 91
Commissioned by the Government, and developed by the BSI (British Standards Institute), PAS 91 is a standardised pre-qualification questionnaire that helps buyers to identify qualified contractors for a range of construction related jobs using a more simplified process.
Without access to PAS 91, vendors would have to complete a range of paperwork to qualify for certain construction jobs - this includes multiple jobs for the same client, or individual clients. The standardised questionnaire reduces time spent by both the supplier in completing the paperwork, and the buyer in taking time to research qualified service provider. It's a win-win situation!
