- We maintain at least a two-metre distance at all times.
- Our staff wear face coverings and we encourage our clients to do the same.
- We avoid face-to-face meetings and now meet online, via phone or video conferencing.
- Hand sanitiser is carried by all our on-site staff.
- Our office-based colleagues work from home.
- Before conducting a site survey, we contact the client to discuss time of arrival. During this call we also ensure that it's possible to reach the infected area whilst maintaining social distancing.
- We ask homeowners to remain indoors whilst we conduct surveys and remove Japanese knotweed from their garden.
